Our company has its own sampling room, production workshop, and sales department; we are an integrated industrial and trading enterprise.

We mainly offer customization services for plush toys, plush dolls, plush pillows, plush slippers, and stuffed pet toys. We can produce any item made from plush material.

There is no minimum order quantity for customized products. Whether you need just 1-10 samples or large-scale production, we can accommodate your needs.

For samples, our production time is around 10 working days. For bulk orders up to 500 units, production takes about 30 days, with exact times varying based on your order size and our production schedule. Additionally, shipping times should be considered, with sea freight from China to the US taking approximately 30 days.

Before placing an order, you need to create design drawings for your product. Our sales representatives will then provide material recommendations, process suggestions, and pricing based on your designs. Following this, your design enters the sample-making phase, during which you have two free opportunities to request modifications after reviewing the initial sample. Upon completion, we offer free air shipment for the sample. Once you approve the sample, mass production can commence.

The company currently has over 200 employees and spans more than 2,000 square meters. Our annual output exceeds three million units, with over 1,000 new samples created each year.

We use excellent logistics service providers who handle shipping and customs issues for you, requiring no effort on your part except waiting for the delivery at home, similar to purchasing within your country. Samples are shipped by air, expected to arrive in most countries within about 10 days. Bulk shipments (via sea or rail) are estimated to reach the US, Canada, European countries, etc., within 25-30 days.

We conduct inspections at every stage of the production process to ensure quality consistency. After production, all toys are manually checked to ensure there are no quality issues. Furthermore, we provide warranty services, offering returns or replacement shipments if quality issues are found upon receipt of goods, along with superior after-sales service.
