  • How long does it take to complete production?
    Sample production takes approximately 10-12 business days. Mass production time varies depending on the quantity; under 1000 units is expected to be completed within 30 days, over 1000 units may take 30-35 days. The exact time depends on the level of busyness of the production line. You can consult our customer service for specific production timelines.
  • What delivery strategies can you provide?
    We can provide delivery strategies such as EXW, FOB, DAP, DDP. If you do not wish to deal with any customs-related issues, we can offer customs clearance services for you.
  • Can you use environmentally friendly materials?
    We can use recycled materials that meet standards such as GRS (Global Recycled Standard).
